Move Safely, Build Strength, Support Your Bones!
Balance, Bones & Breath is a 6-week series that is part yoga class, part workshop. Each session blends mindful movement with focused education to support your strength, stability, and long-term bone health. We’ll build stability from the ground up — starting with focused work for the feet and ankles — and connect that foundation to the glutes and core for stronger, more confident movement. We’ll incorporate gentle impact work, use resistance bands to build functional strength, and keep chairs available for support if you have balance concerns or simply prefer extra stability.
All sessions at: Remedy Body & Breath
Location: 120 N. Haddon Ave. Haddonfield, NJ 08033
Dates: Weekly on Thursdays: March 19, 26, April 2, 9, 16, 23
Time: 9:30 AM -11:00 AM EST
